I’m so glad you’re here.
Fifteen years ago, I was a student at one of the top five law schools in the country when I quite literally lost my ability to breathe.
All that knowledge—and yet I didn’t know how to listen to and access my own body. That moment changed everything.
When did you realize something needed to shift?
Amy’s Philosophy
As a former high-strung, workout-addicted, anxious lawyer, I turned to yoga to understand why I could breathe more easily on my mat, but struggled to catch my breath the rest of the time.
At its heart, yoga is therapeutic—it’s about healing and finding balance, whether you’re dealing with physical discomfort or mental unease.
Maybe your “dis-ease” shows up in shortness of breath, anxiety, or an inability to relax. Perhaps you’re managing an injury or chronic pain, or navigating a major life change like pregnancy. Whatever it may be, there’s a style of yoga that can meet you where you are.
Let me show you how.
