    “Amy Wolfe’s on-line classes have revolutionized my yoga practice over the past year. Poses that I’d struggled with have become more accessible thanks to her efforts to bring mobility and build strength in key areas (such as outer hips, shoulders, and ankles but also my “core” through her Pilates classes). In my "home studio”, under Amy’s guidance, I use my walls, chairs, bolsters, and other equipment in ways that we rarely could in the studio setting to safely work into advanced poses such as handstands, shoulderstands, and headstands. From the very first class I took from her in person back in 2018 until now, she is one to be highly regarded and trusted. Amy has impeccable cueing, informed by years of experience. She is clearly dedicated to her own learning and growth.
