THERAPEUTIC YOGA
After years of chronic back pain, I finally “threw out my back.” Rendered basically immobile for over a month, my livelihood and the movement I had depended on to keep my sanity was no longer accessible.
After countless doctors, chiropractors and acupuncturists, I realized I needed to take ownership over my healing: I dove in to my body, my fear, my own learning to understand the problematic patterns in my body that were causing my pain and how to change them. It took patience, time, and the knowledge I had spent a decade acquiring, but it was transformative.
Whether you have back pain or some other type of injury, let me show you how to re-pattern your movements so that you may heal from the inside out.
There’s not pre-set program here: we make one together.
ANXIETY MANAGEMENT
Anxiety management programs focus on our minds, thoughts, and feelings.
But, anxiety live in our bodies.
With a decade of teaching & learning experience, I have pioneered a holistic program that tackles all aspects of stress & anxiety: body, emotions, breath, nervous system, and mind.
Similar to learning how to read, it’s time we learn the why’s and the how’s of dis-ease so that we can become empowered to rely only own ourselves to feel at ease.

I’m a Prenatal certified teacher with nearly a decade of full-time teaching experience and thousands of hours of training.
I went to law school to help make this less of a man’s world. Years later, when I began my prenatal yoga training, I finally felt like I found the most profound way to do just that: support, normalize, & empower women (and those who identify as such) in the sphere that is uniquely ours.
Whether you’re newly pregnant, heading into your second or third trimester, or struggling to get pregnant, let me support you in cultivating fertility, navigating the newness in your body (or the lack thereof) and the expanse of doctors, hospitals, doulas.
There’s no preset program, I will create a plan tailored to your needs and circumstances.
