After years of living with chronic back pain, I finally “threw out my back.” I was immobilized for over a month—and the movement I had relied on for sanity, health, and livelihood was suddenly out of reach.
I saw doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturists. But it wasn’t until I decided to take ownership of my healing that things began to shift. I turned inward—toward my body, my fear, and the knowledge I’d spent a decade studying—to uncover the movement patterns causing my pain and learn how to change them.
It took time, patience, and deep study. But it was transformative.
Whether you're navigating back pain or recovering from another injury, I can help you re-pattern how you move—so your healing begins from the inside out.

ANXIETY MANAGEMENT
Most anxiety management programs focus only on the mind—thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
But anxiety lives in the body.
With over a decade of teaching and study, I’ve developed a holistic approach to anxiety that addresses all layers of experience: the body, breath, nervous system, emotions, and mind.
Just like we once learned how to read, we can also learn how to understand the patterns of dis-ease within us—and how to shift them. When we do, we become empowered to access ease from within, rather than relying on anything outside ourselves.

I'm a certified Prenatal Yoga teacher with nearly a decade of full-time teaching experience and thousands of hours of training.
I went to law school to help make the world a little less of a man’s world. Years later, in my prenatal yoga training, I discovered a deeper, more embodied way to do just that: to support, normalize, and empower women—and all those who identify as such—in one of life’s most powerful transitions.
Whether you're newly pregnant, deep into your second or third trimester, or navigating the complexities of fertility, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll explore how to connect with your body (even when it feels unfamiliar), manage change, and move with clarity through the world of doctors, doulas, and decisions.
